The extension panel is available in a clean, modern white aluminum frame, which is custom-built according to your specific measurements. Compatible only with Ideal Fast Fit and E-Cat panels, this extension panel is designed for pet doors with various flap sizes, including small, medium, extra-large, and super-large options.

Please note that the Ideal Fast Fit Height Extension Panel is non-returnable due to its custom nature. Expect a 3-5 day shipping delay, as this product is tailored to your unique dimensions.

Follow this formula to determine which height extension piece you need. Round your final answer to the nearest whole inch: 

Track Height − Fully Extended Panel Height + 2.125

Example Calculation: 

• Track Height = 88"
• Panel Height Adjustment Range = 77.75" - 80.25" 
• 88" − 80.25" + 2.125" = 9.875" 
• Round 9.875" to 10"
• Select the 10" height extension drop-down 

Please Note: If you order a tall height extension piece (10” or greater), the manufacturer recommends screwing the two pieces together and semi-permanently mounting them to the frame of your slider. This will involve drilling into panel's top flange, height extension (careful to avoid getting too close to the glass), and sliding track and securing it with screws that you will need to purchase. The maximum recommended height for the extension is 14", but it can be built up to 16".

Please Note: The Ideal Fast Fit patio panel pet door height extension will not fit any other patio pet door panel, so be sure to double-check that your door is an Ideal with the aluminum framing. Also, because it's a custom-built order, it is not returnable after purchase.
