Before Bob Moog passed away on August 21, 2005 he personally tested and signed a limited number of his Etherwave Theremins and they were called the, "Signature Edition". In February, 2004, Moog Music announced that Bob Moog would no longer be testing or signing any Etherwave Theremins.

The Moog Signature Etherwave Theremin is signed in bold marker by the legendary designer. Bob's Signature Etherwave Theremin is of the same high quality as his early designs from the '50's and '60's. They feature high-quality 3/8" nickel-plated brass antennas, and furniture-grade hardwoods & Birch plywood cabinet. Included are the Moog power supply and 2 instructional and historical VHS tapes.
